Delivery Process

Elevation Adventure Rentals operates a convenient delivery service.

We’ll prepare your snowmobiles and trailer(s) with your rental order and then coordinate a delivery to your home, vacation rental or simply a convenient location. Upon delivery, we’ll provide you with a safety briefing and help ensure your trailer is hitched and ready to go. From here, you can “tow and go” and choose from any number of great local riding areas to explore.

At the end of your rental period, we’ll coordinate a time to meet back at the same pick up location to return the snowmobiles and trailer.. (If you don't have a vehicle with towing capacity, email us at [email protected] and we'll discuss truck rental or other options).

Our delivery service extends to the Bend and Sunriver areas only.

Delivery is typically coordinated to occur between 8:00am and 9:00am on the first day of your rental period. You may also arrange delivery the NIGHT BEFORE your rental period (usually after 5pm and before 6pm) though this option is subject to sled availability.

We will coordinate pick-up from the same location between 4:00pm and 5:00pm on the final day of your rental period.

Note to returning customers: We are no longer providing a pick-up service from our previous location at Brinson Blvd as we have moved to a delivery-based model.

Cancellation Policy

  • All reservations require upfront payment of 50% of the total order value for the reservation to be confirmed
  • The remaining balance will be charged at pick-up (please bring a valid credit card)
  • Reservation modifications must be made via email ([email protected]) at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled rental period. One complimentary change is permitted per reservation at no additional charge, however the adjusted reservation must occur within the same riding season and will be subject to availability
  • Cancellations must be made via email ([email protected])
  • Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the start of the scheduled rental period will receive a refund, minus a $75 cancellation fee per machine
  • No-shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of the start of the scheduled rental period will forfeit their 50% upfront payment


Renter Requirements

Before taking the snowmobiles, you’ll need to sign our Liability Waiver and also our Rental Agreement.

All renters / riders must be at least 21 years of age, and carry a valid drivers permit or Snowmobile Safety Certificate. We don't require previous riding experience, but do strongly recommend it. For those without backcountry experience, we will require at least two sleds to be rented (or confirmation that you'll be riding with a partner). You're always safer when you ride with a friend.

Snowmobiles are not insured - renters are responsible for any damage incurred during the rental period and must supply a valid credit card at the time of pick up where a $1500 Security Deposit ‘hold’ per machine will be placed on the card.
